The three-day skateboarding event brought together leading international riders at a custom Fusion Park in the Studio City Event Center to promote Macau as a leading destination for international sporting events and elevate skateboarding’s profile in China.
According to organizers, the park drew inspiration from retro Macau and Hong Kong film culture.
The competition included junior and amateur contests alongside pro battles. Riders competed in dynamic jam-style rounds. In the women’s pro final, Yumeka Oda of Japan defeated Miyu Ito of Japan. Oda advanced through the top 8 bracket with technical precision and bold tricks, including a flip front feeble, which secured her victory.
Live DJ sets, MC performances and community activities also filled the venue during the event.
