Macao Museum to hold exhibition on GBA history

The Macao Museum will hold an exhibition to promote the development of the culture of the Greater Bay Area from November 27. Titled ’A Tale of Three Cities: Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Export of Silk Products in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,’ the exhibition features a total of 112 sets (201 pieces) of exhibits from the collections of the museums of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. The exhibition is divided into four sections: “Greater Bay Area,” “Export Silk,” “The Changing World” and “The Greater Bay Area Today.”

34 suspected illegal workers in October

Authorities found a total of 34 suspected illegal workers in October after it investigated 180 locations. The joint and sole operations against illegal workers launched by the Public Security Police Force, the Labour Affairs Bureau and other authorities at construction sites, private flats, commercial and industrial establishments, and other locations. Its last data, released in June, showed that authorities found 66 suspected illegal workers after inspecting 324 location.
