The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) and the Capital Library of China signed a cooperation agreement last week at the IC building. The pact, signed by IC president Leong Wai Man and Capital Library deputy director Zhang Juan, aims to strengthen collaboration in public library development. Initiatives include staff exchanges, professional training, joint events, exhibitions, and collection sharing. A regular communication mechanism will support resource sharing and mutual benefit, promoting high-quality public library services in both regions.
