Melco postpones activities amid 2019-nCoV outbreak

In light of the public health concerns associated with the coronavirus infection in Macau and globally, Melco Resorts & Entertainment are deferring all non-essential business travel until further notice.
The gaming operator announced in a statement that it would also postpone a number of events until it is clear that public health concerns are restored to normal.
Changes to its events calendar include the postponement of Leon Metro Live 2.0 Concert on January 31 and February 1, 2020, whilst all performances of The House of Dancing Water have been suspended with immediate effect.
Lawrence Ho, chairman and CEO of Melco, said, “Melco has stringent operational protocols in place to safeguard the wellbeing of all visitors to our properties and our colleagues.  In the current difficult times, we will continue to collaborate closely with the Macau government and adapt rigorous preventive measures across the properties.”
