Macau’s merchandise exports climbed 3.2% in 2025, boosted by strong re-exports to the Chinese mainland, while a 3.0% drop in imports left the city with a trade deficit of MOP110.86 billion, official figures show. Total exports reached MOP13.92 billion, with domestic exports falling 1.8%. Exports to the Chinese mainland surged 57.5%, while shipments to the USA and EU declined. Non-textiles exports grew 5.0%, contrasting with a 10.5% drop in textiles and garments.
