To further cultivate local talent, MGM has conducted numerous learning activities during the first quarter of 2023, benefiting over 500 tourism and hospitality students.

MGM was working  with the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management (FHTM) of Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST).

Following the “Culture and Tourism Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area” to develop tourism talents, the MGM learning activities included hotel tours to reinforce students’ practical knowledge.

MGM also sponsored the second edition of “Three Minute Thesis Competition” and the “Seminars by Masters from the Tourism Industry” which featured the industry expertise of the vice president of learning and talent management of MGM, Francis Tan.

MGM’s catering and events team also led students on a tour at the annual “MGM Celebration Open House” exhibition and introduced MGM’s versatile and high-end MICE offerings and experiences.
