MICE reps participate in CEFCO 2024

MICE industry representatives attended the 19th China Expo Forum for International Co-operation (CEFCO 2024) held last week in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, to learn about market development trends with counterparts from the global MICE industry. The Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) said in a statement the government sent a delegation of 24 representatives, and aimed for the delegates to interact with convention and exhibition managers and professional event organizers in the MICE industry from around the world. They specifically learned about the post-Covid-19 development of the tourism industry in mainland China, which differs significantly from pre-pandemic conditions.
