Morpheus hosts culinary dialogue reuniting two renowned chefs

Alain Ducasse, renowned culinary expert and founder of the Ducasse Paris group, will join Dong Zhenxiang, founder of DaDong Artistic Conception of Chinese Cuisine, for a special culinary experience on October 8 and 9 at Alain Ducasse at Morpheus.
This event aims to facilitate a “cross-cultural dialogue” through their dishes, which have been refined over a decade. Chef Dong’s creations blend Chinese culinary heritage with Western artistic concepts, enhancing the aesthetics of Chinese cuisine in terms of color, aroma, taste, and presentation.
Meanwhile, Chef Ducasse will reinterpret classic French dishes with a modern approach, offering unique interpretations that highlight the essence of haute cuisine.
This collaboration provides an opportunity for guests to experience the culinary craftsmanship of both chefs, showcasing the depth of their respective culinary traditions.
