Motorcyclist dies after colliding with another vehicle

A man riding a motorcycle died yesterday after colliding with another motorcycle near the Jockey Club. According to the Public Security Police, the cause of the crash was an attempt by one of the drivers to overtake the other one. The victim of the incident is a 36-year-old man. Both drivers involved in the fatal crash are local residents.

Producers and investors get together at film fair

The 2015 Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macau Film Production Investment and Trade Fair concluded yesterday. This year’s event included 30 movie projects showcased by producers, at which over 50 guest investors were in attendance.  The fair included project presentations by producers, and meetings between producers and investors. It also included a seminar entitled “Distribution and Promotion in the New Media Market.” The event was held at Conrad Macao Hotel and co-organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau, the Hong Kong Film Development Council and the Administration of Press and Publications, Radio, Film and Television of Guangdong Province.
