New 24-hour self-service center launched at ‘Three Lamps’

A new 24-hour government Self-Service Center was launched yesterday at the Carlos da Maia Roundabout Complex (Three Lamps).

The center offers approximately 70 services across 12 different public sectors, including identification, social benefits, tax consultation, municipal affairs, voter registration, transportation, and immigration.

As with similar facilities, the new center aims to provide residents with a convenient way to request and collect documents and access essential services independently at any time.

The facility features self-service kiosks, self-collection document kiosks, and multi-application kiosks from the Identification Services Bureau. It also includes self-service kiosks from the Public Security Police Force, the Financial Services Bureau, and the Printing Bureau.

Additionally, “Easy Collection” smart lockers have been installed, allowing residents to collect government documents securely.

This is the eighth center of its kind in Macau. Recently, similar centers offering a wide range of government services were also introduced at the Macau New Neighborhood in Hengqin. RM
