New Macau to consult public on sex crimes
The New Macau Association (ANM) announced that it will collect opinions from the public regarding legislation against sex crimes. President of the association, Sulu Sou Ka Hou, hoped that this move can encourage the Macau government to take the initiative in drafting the proposed law. In a press conference yesterday, Sou stated that the organization wants to “engage in real action” and will prepare materials for a public consultation on the proposed legislation against sexual harassment, indecent assault and the possession and distribution of child pornography.
