The Macao One Account government service platform has become accessible to non-resident workers (TNRs).
From yesterday, all those living and working in Macau can create accounts on the platform to maintain personal information and access several services online, the government announced in a press statement.
Through the mobile application, TNRs can access services including inquiries related to work and working permits.
According to the government, around 160 representatives from local associations, employment agency associations, medical institutions, and property management, as well as hotels and banking industries, participated in the two sessions.
The One Account system currently provides functions and services including social welfare, job searching, transportation and medical and health services, a total of around 70 services.
TNRs and other non-Macau residents will have access to some of the areas of the platform such as My Health, My Information, My e-Affairs, My Cards and My Tax, and other functions and services such as inquiries and updates of non-resident workers’ status and information.
TNRs may also be able to book appointments for service counters and pay for living expenses, traffic violation fines and perfume various other transactions.
