Pharmaceutical bureau recalls TCM patent

The Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau has recalled a patented traditional Chinese medicine pill made with coptis chinensis and manufactured by Three Mast Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in Taiwan due to the detection of an excessive quantity of aerobic bacteria, molds and yeasts. The affected batch is WG07. The bureau has urged purchasers of the affected batch to contact the sellers for follow-up. Questions can also be directed to the bureau at 8598 3533 during office hours.
