The overall residential property price index fell by 3.1% in March to May, in comparison with the year prior. The indices for the Macau Peninsula and Taipa & Coloane dropped by 3.7% and 0.4% respectively. Data from the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC) shows that the index for existing residential units (269.9) went up by 0.1%, and the index for those in Taipa & Coloane (309.8) rose by 0.5%, whereas the index for those in the Macau Peninsula (259.9) was similar to the previous period.
