Residential property sales rise in April

The number of residential properties purchased in Macau during the first half of April increased compared to the previous period, according to government figures. 101 units were sold, up 31% or 24 transactions from the second half of March. While sales rose, the average price per square meter fell over the same period. Data from the Finance Bureau showed the average price in April was MOP80,220, down 7.2% from MOP86,460 in late March.
