After a recent visit to Macau to attend a VIP screening of The Expendables 3, actor Arnold Schwarzenegger will visit Hong Kong next month to speak at CLSA’s investor forum. Schwarzenegger will talk about his restless life, which saw him arrive as an Austrian emigrant to the US, where he gained a certain celebrity when he was crowned Mr Universe at the age of 21. After a career in movies, he then switched to politics and was elected the 38th governor of California. Schwarzenegger previously visited Hong Kong in 1998 and 2005. According to the South China Morning Post, CLSA’s 21st investor forum, which runs from September 15 to 19, has become “a firm fixture in the Hong Kong conference calendar.” CLSA expects around 1,500 institutional investors from 30 countries and more than 300 senior executives from 200 listed companies to be in attendance.
