Smoke-free zones expanded to 16 schools and nurseries

The Health Bureau (SSM) said yesterday that 16 educational institutions now have no-smoking zones outside their facilities, with eight schools and four nursery centers newly joining the initiative. The bureau added that no violations have been detected so far and that it will collaborate with the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) to prioritize further expansion to locations with easier implementation and higher parental demand.
