Studio City wins PATA Gold Award for third year

Studio City, operated by Melco Resorts & Entertainment, has won the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Gold Award 2025 in the “Best Marketing Campaign – Hospitality” category. This marks the third consecutive year the integrated resort has received the distinction.
The winning campaign, “Sanrio Characters Studio City Carnival,” ran from March to December 2024 and featured themed attractions, merchandise, and culinary offerings based on popular Sanrio characters such as Hello Kitty and My Melody.
The campaign supported Studio City’s brand theme “Fun Never Ends” and aimed to enhance visitor engagement through character-driven experiences.
Selected from over 100 entries by a panel of international judges, the award highlights Melco’s continued efforts in hospitality marketing innovation.
The Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) sponsored the awards for the 30th year. PATA’s annual event honors standout achievements in Asia-Pacific’s travel and tourism industry.
