Inspired by Baklava – the flaky layered dessert made of filo pastry, chopped nuts and honey – the first limited-time offering to debut at Macau Shake Shack will be available from now until 23rd July.

The Pistachio Shake is made with Shake Shack’s signature vanilla frozen custard hand-spun with Italian pistachios and Australian honey. The savoury and nutty cold treat is then topped with whipped cream, filo crisps, and a sprinkling of crushed pistachios for the perfect blend of cream and crunch. One could also enjoy the shake without whipped cream if looking for a lighter option this summer – just simply inform the staff about the special request.
