Lai Heen’s tea sommelier selected only the premium Pre-Qingming Longjing Tea from Hangzhou West Lake, which features “unique aromatic sense and mellow flavor,” to craft the “Chinese Tea Culture Tasting Lunch Experience.”
At the Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge, the “Spring Blossom Afternoon Tea Set” is presented in a classic three-tiered stan featuring savory favorites of Wild Mushroom Vol-Au-Ventand Foie Gras Torchon with Raspberry Gelee and Kataifi, along with buttery scones.
The Ritz-Carlton Café, meanwhile, is offering ‘Eat Fresh’ Spring Delights Degustation Menu, available on weekdays throughout the month of April
The hotel’s spa is presenting a “Spring Rejuvenation” journey with an aromatherapy full body hot stone massage, followed by cooling jade stones to soothe the stressed muscles and release tension.
