Wing Lei Bar at Wynn Palace has reintroduced its ‘Unity’ signature menu, inspired by its global collaborations, and announced the launch of Wing Lei Bar & Friends, a year-long series of quarterly cocktail takeovers.
Curated by head mixologist Mark Lloyd, ‘Unity’ reflects a year of travel and collaborations with renowned bars from Buenos Aires to Bangkok.
Drawing on his background in industrial chemistry and craft distilling, Lloyd emphasizes relationships alongside recipes, creating cocktails that combine creativity and precision.
The menu spans four categories – Classics, Sours, Alternatini, and Stirred – and features inventive highlights such as Hand of God, a banana-infused Boulevardier inspired by Argentina’s Tres Monos, Tommy’s Holiday, a tribute to tequila legend Julio Bermejo, and Not Quite a Penicillin, a smoky reinterpretation incorporating oyster sauce and sand ginger.
Wing Lei Bar & Friends will host rotating guest bartenders, transforming the 29-seat salon into a platform for elite mixology talent throughout the year.
