Wynn has wrapped up its Certified Hospitality Management Program 2025, held in partnership with Switzerland’s Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) – the world’s top hotel management school.
The initiative aimed to enhance the professional skills and leadership capacity of local hospitality executives through advanced training and international best practices.
The program featured three key modules focused on crafting personalized guest experiences, building authentic human connections, and applying data analytics for strategic decision-making.
Taught by EHL’s team of global experts and lecturers, the course provided participants with forward-looking insights into modern hospitality management.
Dr. Barry Ip, vice president of Learning and Advancement at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, said the collaboration “empowers a new generation of hospitality leaders to innovate and redefine excellence.”
