Wynn, DSAL launch three resident training programs

The Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) and Wynn Macau Limited have launched the “Wynn Elite Professional Integration Program”, offering 18 supervisory positions to Macau residents under a “first hire, then train” model to fast-track careers in hospitality. Applications opened today for deputy head roles in Housekeeping, Public Hygiene, and Uniforms and Laundry. Six slots are available in each of the three roles. Selected candidates will receive 12 months of Wynn-led training in professional standards, departmental operations, and leadership skills, and will receive Macao Occupational Skills Recognition. Applications remain open until February 13.
