MGM presents an exceptional Valentine’s Day celebration featuring romantic dining experiences across Aji, Anytime, Aux Beaux Arts, Coast, Grill 58, Pastry Bar, and Rossio—inviting couples to indulge in a day of exquisite cuisine and intimate ambience.

At MGM MACAU, Aux Beaux Arts showcases Chef Olivier Elzer’s elegantly composed French courses, where contemporary sophistication meets timeless romance within a refined brasserie setting. Rossio complements the occasion with specially crafted Valentine’s cocktails and mocktails, ideal for toasting treasured moments together.

At MGM COTAI, Aji and Grill 58 present meticulously curated dinners by Executive Sous Chef Pan Sihui and Chef de Cuisine Basil Yu respectively. Each course highlights refined flavors and premium ingredients, served beneath the stunning glass canopy. As an exclusive gesture, couples reserving tables at Aji or Grill 58 on or before January 29 may surprise their beloved with a personalized romantic declaration displayed across The Spectacle’s iconic LED screens—a spectacular expression that transforms the evening into an unforgettable celebration. Coast offers a specially prepared surf-and-turf dinner designed for sharing, creating an intimate atmosphere perfect for the occasion.

To conclude the experience, Anytime and Pastry Bar present exquisite pastries—each creation representing a sweet harmony of passion and artistry. This Valentine’s Day, MGM invites couples to savor every moment and celebrate love in all its splendor.
