Coast is offering four distinctive Cataplana creations to captivate palate adventure. The Octopus and Sweet Potato Cataplana serve the tender richness of the octopus, while the Seafood Cataplana brings the ocean harmony with mussels, shrimp, and squid. In addition, chef draws inspiration from Macau and Portugal – the Pork and Clams Cataplana and Portuguese Chicken Cataplana – each bite blends with authentic Algarve flavors with creative reinterpretations.
