AI teaching tools and new ethics curriculum set for schools
The Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ) has announced that a new smart teaching platform will officially come into operation next month, offering precision teaching support tools, including an intelligent question bank, test paper assembly, and automated marking. The bureau will also launch supplementary teaching materials on artificial intelligence education and new curriculum guidelines on ethics and citizenship to deepen the integration of AI and smart teaching, while embedding an understanding of major national development strategies into basic education. In addition, a safety education week is planned for the new academic year, featuring a range of activities in collaboration with various government entities.
