A 60-year-old mainland Chinese woman was referred to prosecutors after allegedly grabbing the steering wheel of a moving bus in protest over a route inquiry, police said. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on the second day of Lunar New Year when the suspect was riding a Route 3X bus heading toward the Border Gate. Police said the woman was dissatisfied after the driver did not respond to her route-related question. She then reached for the steering wheel while the bus was in motion, causing the vehicle to shake. The driver immediately stopped the bus, and no passengers were injured in the incident.
