Association expands early intervention services for people with disabilities

The Association of Parents of the People with Intellectual Disabilities of Macau reported smooth operations at its “Sunlight Therapy Center” in the Northern District, serving around 300 clients monthly since its launch in May 2025. The center currently has five speech therapists, with plans to expand staff. The association also developed a health monitoring platform with a tech company to track blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol, and aims to strengthen AI applications. Recent parent-child events featured AR and AI games to promote inclusion.
