Apple is constructing a second retail location adjacent to the Sands Cotai Central resort, featuring its logo on the building’s façade.
A chromed Apple logo and two lines of Chinese text can be seen on the façade, along with a phrase in Chinese which roughly translates to “An inspirational exchange – new store is coming soon.”
No opening date has been spotted on the banners or posted on Apple’s retail website, yet reports noted that the store will likely open no later than the beginning of July.
Apple often references local culture when designing temporary signage for new stores, thus the the sign’s wavy, aquatic pattern matching the tiling style of Senado Square.
Apple opened its first store in Macau just under two years ago at Galaxy Macau.
