Corporate Bits |BNU gives away 330,000 asia miles

BNU--renato-marques-BNU recently held its BNU Asia Miles Visa Card Grand Lucky Draw. All BNU Asia Miles Visa Card holders who spent MOP5,000 with the card from 1st  March to 31st August were eligible for the Lucky Draw. Rewards include 17 prizes of 10,000 Asia Miles, as well as three grand prizes containing 30,000, 50,000 and 80,000 Asia Miles respectively. The Lucky Draw was held under the surveillance of Macau DICJ, with the prize presentation ceremony held on 4th December at BNU’s Main Branch.
Mr. Ronald Kan, BNU’s Executive Director and Ms. Mercedes Ho, Asia Miles’ Head of Partnership & Business Development co-hosted the ceremony to present the prizes. During the event, Mr. Ronald Kan said, “Not only does BNU Asia Miles Visa Card combine banking, travel and lifestyle rewards, but also brings cardholders a number of exclusive benefits including earning Asia Miles. This is the first co-brand card in Macau that allows its cardholders to earn Asia Miles directly through spending.”

mgm holds responsible gaming week

Between November 25 and December 2, MGM held its annual Responsible Gaming Week consisting of workshops and promotion booths on theme of “Know your limits, keeping it fun”, in an effort to ensure that the subject is well recognized by all levels of employees.
The Responsible Gaming Week featured a promotion day on November 25, where more than 1,300 MGM staff were given an in-depth introduction on the subject and preventative measures through information booths with representatives from the Sheng Kung Hui Service Coordination Office, interactive activities at game booths and lucky draws. In addition, MGM invited Mr. Lawrence Lee, senior psychologist from Sheng Kung Hui, to host a workshop on “Diagnosis and Treatment of Gambling Disorder”, which was attended by more than 60 management staff.

The Landmark Macau has prepared festive dishes at its different restaurants. Varanda Restaurant has a Christmas Oyster Temptation Dinner Buffet offering various types of oysters from different regions together with choices of fresh seafood. Holly Jolly Turkey, Honey Glazed Gammon Ham and Christmas Log are also food items not to miss. A 20% early bird discount will be offered for reservations made during 7 – 14th December. Additionally, the Fun Fun Christmas High Tea offers seasonal snacks and desserts together with Christmas background music.
From 16 – 25th December, there will be 4 ‘Santarina’ girls welcoming visitors at the Macau Ferry Terminal and Border Gate distributing Christmas hand warmers. Guests can enter the Instant Lucky Draw by scanning the QR code on the hand warmer to win cosmetic gift sets, buffet coupons or shopping vouchers. Santa Claus will also be giving away gifts to families and kids at the Macau Fisherman’s Wharf on 24 – 26th December. On New Year’s Eve, the “Countdown Fever 2016” countdown party welcomes a group of artists and singers to ring in 2016, and all guests can participate the AfriKana “Welcome 2016” competition event on NYE to win prizes.
