Corporate Bits | Grand Lapa to hold summer activities

This summer, Grand Lapa will hold a series of activities from July 6 to September 1, featuring workshops, dancing and art amongst other things.

According to a statement issued by the resort, the activities which are targeted at children from 4 to 12 years old, will run every day at Kids Co., Grand Lapa.

The Summer Fun Getaway program will include sessions and creative workshops such as puppet craft making, a mini puppet show, music jams, fitness fun with yoga or Bollywood dance, theatre art games and cooking classes.

Registration runs from June 24 until July 15.

In addition, this summer the public can purchase a Resort Day Pass to access Grand Lapa’s pool, steam room, sauna, relaxation room, fitness center, tennis court, multi-function court, sports pitch and Kids Co.

MGM brings Wagyumafia pop-up to Cotai

MGM presents the Wagyumafia pop-up at MGM Cotai’s Grill 58 until August 4, where it will run in Macau for the first time and serve the Wagyumafia Progressive Kaiseki Dinner outside Japan for the first time.

With the aim of bringing knowledge and awareness of true wagyu to the world, Wagyumafia strives to promote authentic Japanese wagyu, according to a statement issued by the gaming operator.

Founder and chef Hisato Hamada leads the brand. To maintain their premium quality, the brand sources prestigious breeds of wagyu from the top 20 wagyu farmers in Japan.

The classic Wagyumafia Omakase Dinner will be served until July 13, followed by the Wagyumafia Progressive Kaiseki Dinner running July 14 to August 4. On August 1, Hisato Hamada himself will be present to serve the select number of guests.
