MGM Macau hosts Bocuse d’Or Gala

MGM Macau recently hosted the exclusive “Silk Road Art Feast” as the official Bocuse d’Or Gala Dinner at its brand-new venue, Masion Liu Jin. The event offered a unique “eight-hand dining” experience, celebrating cultural exchange through culinary craftsmanship.
Inspired by the recent Silk Road Exhibition at the POLY MGM MUSEUM, the evening united four exceptional chefs from three cities: Executive Chef Homan Tsui and Executive Pastry Chef Neo Ng from Macau, Executive Sous Chef Yang Dengquan from Chengdu, and Chef de Cuisine Ye Hui representing Xi’an and Beijing. Through passion and a shared respect for heritage, the chefs presented a Silk Road–inspired menu, introducing global guests to the depth of China’s art and culture through a memorable fusion of flavors. MGM extends its heartfelt thanks to all the chefs, guests, and partners who made this celebration of culture, connection, and culinary excellence a resounding success. IS
