3-1200x-1uniqlo collaborates with artist

Uniqlo has announced collaboration with the artist Kaws on their line of UT (Uniqlo T-shirts). Since its launch in 2003, UT has featured an array of pop culture graphics in similar collaborations with SPRZ NY and on the Shochiku Kabuki Series.
The new Kaws collection celebrates UT’s fusion of fashion with pop culture.
Kaws is a New York-based artist who has his artwork displayed across well-known museums and galleries with “his subversive images winning him considerable notoriety,” reads a company statement.
As part of LifeWear, the UT concept was introduced in 2003, and embodies a quest to enhance individual lifestyles by delivering quality clothing that is functional in design and versatile to wear.
