High-risk individuals aged 12 or above can receive the monovalent mRNA vaccine against the XBB variant of Covid, including those aged 60 or above, those aged 12 to 59 with chronic diseases and auto-immune conditions. The second phase of the vaccination plan is expected to be launched early next month, and all residents aged 12 or above can be vaccinated. Vaccinations are free for Macau residents, foreign employees and students studying in the city.
