Discounts for elderly residence users extended

The government has announced an extension of its 20% discount on user fees for local elderly residents, responding to community feedback. Eligible applicants can now apply until Dec. 31, 2025. Previously limited to three years, this discount will now be available for six years. Additionally, the eligibility criteria have been broadened to include all applicants who apply by the December deadline. The discount applies to both new applicants and those currently completing their agreements.
