Voucher campaign for E-wallet spenders
Macau authorities have launched a campaign with local chambers of commerce to promote domestic consumption in northern Macau. The campaign, supported by various government agencies, will run from March 18 to Aug. 4. The initiative has a budget of MOP24.5 million and allows users of eight local e-wallets to win vouchers by spending a minimum of MOP50 on weekdays. Participants can redeem up to three vouchers per week, and the vouchers can be valued at MOP10, MOP20, MOP50, or MOP100. Around 400 businesses have participated in the campaign, and users must spend at least three times the value of the voucher to redeem it.
