The centers located at Toi San, Ilha Verde, Seac Pai Van, and Iao Hon will accept food waste materials for recycling. The DSPA notes that the collection of food waste from the centers is exclusively for domestic waste and does not include the food and beverage establishments. The DSPA also advises citizens to drain away all water or sauce that might be included in the food waste before placing them in proper containers.
