Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) and the Macau Management Association (MMA) hosted the 14th Youth Achievement Program (YAP) Award Presentation and 15th YAP Launch at the Galaxy International Convention Center, recognizing outstanding participants and inaugurating the new edition.

Since 2011, YAP has supported local youth aged 18–29 through programs focused on self-awareness, community care, and career development, attracting over 3,600 participants.

The 15th edition, themed “Cultural Heritage, Careers Set Sail”, will offer workshops on Macau’s intangible cultural heritage, seminars, art exhibitions, and study tours to develop professional skills and cultural awareness.

The previous edition emphasized green technology and AI, with participants visiting innovation hubs and GEG properties. Champion projects, such as “Fusion Smart Ping Pong FUN”, combined cultural landmarks with technology and earned a sponsored study tour to Singapore.

GEG director Philip Cheng said, “GEG will continue to support young people to ‘Reach Out, Reach Beyond’, pushing past their limits and achieving excellence.”
