To mark the 50-day countdown to the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games, GEG joined hands with Macau Special Olympics (MSO) to host the “GEG Macau Special Olympics Inclusive Table Tennis Fun Day 2025” on October 19. This year also marks a meaningful milestone – GEG’s 15th consecutive year of supporting the event to promote inclusion and support individuals with special needs.
The event kicked off with an opening ceremony at the East Square of Galaxy Macau followed by inclusive doubles matches and elite challenge tournaments at Broadway Macau, along with a lively game experience zone that added fun and interaction. Additionally, the champion of this year’s GEG Youth Achievement Program was also invited to design the game booths, thereby inspiring creativity and participation among young people.

To further deepen community involvement ahead of the main event, GEG also organized a “DIY Resin Table Tennis Paddle Inclusive Workshop”, where MSO athletes and table tennis players from the GEG Staff Social Club co-created custom paddles, fostering a spirit of compassion and inclusion.
