Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) proactively supports the Macau SAR Government’s “1+4” strategy for moderate economic diversification, advancing the dynamic integration of “Tourism + Entertainment”. Since 2023, GEG has developed a premier cluster of performance destinations, including Galaxy Arena, Macau’s largest indoor venue with 16,000 seats, the 40,000 square meter Galaxy International Convention Center (GICC) and its Auditorium, the Broadway Theatre at Broadway Macau, and the immersive blackbox venue, G Box. Together, these facilities have emerged as a new landmark for cultural and entertainment experiences, presenting a diverse lineup of performances and activities, with shows happening almost every weekend, one of the highest frequencies in Macau’s tourism and leisure industry, showcasing GEG’s steadfast commitment to support Macau’s development as a City of Performing Arts.

Global star G-DRAGON returned to Macau after eight years, staging three concerts at Galaxy Arena and immersing over 36,000 fans with an atmosphere of unprecedented excitement.

Held at the Galaxy Arena, the 2025 Tencent Music Entertainment Awards (TMEA) commended artists and musicians for their outstanding contribution to the music industry with over 70 awards.

Hollywood star and stand‑up comedian Jimmy O. Yang delighted over 13,000 fans at Broadway Theatre with six brilliant performances. He will return to Macau on February 21, 2026, to debut an CNY show at Galaxy Arena.

Hong Kong legend Jacky Cheung drew over 90,000 fans with nine triumphant concerts at Galaxy Arena.

Global star Jackson Wang returned to Galaxy Arena, thrilling over 35,000 fans with three electrifying shows.

Hong Kong superstar Eason Chan concluded his global FEAR and DREAMS tour with six final shows at Galaxy Arena, drawing over 60,000 attendees to his epic performances.

GEG Builds Strategic Partnerships to Elevate the Performing Arts

GEG has forged strategic partnerships with leading industry organizations, including iQIYI, TME Live, Damai Entertainment, and Macau Pass, combining resources and expertise to strengthen Macau’s cultural and entertainment landscape. GEG’s Chairman Francis Lui; Chief Operating Officer, Macau Kevin Kelley; and Executive Vice President of Entertainment Services Jeffrey Jiang, attended the related signing ceremonies.

GEG renewed Galaxy Arena’s three-year strategic partnership with China’s leading online entertainment platform iQIYI to enhance entertainment experiences in Macau.

GEG renewed Galaxy Arena’s three-year strategic cooperation agreement with music service TME Live to jointly organize a wide range of in-venue and online entertainment events, including world-class concert tours, music festivals, and music ceremonies aimed at promoting the development of Macau’s culture and entertainment industry.

Galaxy Macau renewed its three-year strategic cooperation agreement with Damai Entertainment under Alibaba Group and Macau Pass to advance collaboration on ticketing systems and bring more diverse performances to Macau.

GEG Redefines Entertainment Experiences Beyond Expectations

GEG elevates entertainment experiences beyond expectations, taking them outside the stage and arena through additional activities and immersive experiences that resonate deeply with audiences. Leveraging state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technologies, GEG introduces large-scale LED installations, interactive photo zones, themed promotions, and creative pop-ups across its properties to enrich the atmosphere of its events.

During Eason Chan’s tour, fans immersed themselves in themed photo zones, a tour documentary screening, and large-scale exhibitions at Galaxy Macau. GEG also illuminated the sky for two nights with 1,500 drones outside the GICC, staging Macau’s largest and first-ever concert-themed drone show.

During Jacky Cheung’s concerts, the Crystal Lobby at Galaxy Macau showcased a Macau-exclusive themed installation for fans to capture memorable photos and receive personalized playlists.

“Galaxy Music Gala” Showcases Internationally Renowned Musicians

Through the “Galaxy Music Gala” series, GEG invites internationally acclaimed musicians to perform in Macau, offering residents and visitors more diverse entertainment choices while enriching the city’s cultural atmosphere.

Legendary tenor, Andrea Bocelli, staged his first Macau concert at Galaxy Arena.

Internationally acclaimed piano virtuoso Lang Lang, alongside the Macao Orchestra, captivated audiences at the GICC.
