Lion is always known as a symbol of courage and passion and is a synonymous to MGM. This summer, plan your gastronomic journey at MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI for rounds of lion-themed gourmet offerings. Relish quintessence Lingnan heritage through the flavors of the twin provinces of Guangdong and Guangxi, and Hainan.

The Flavors of Lingnan

Shunde cuisine is well known by the characteristics of light and delicate in flavor, which accentuates the freshness of the ingredients, mainly seafood. Chún at MGM COTAI features Stir-fried dace fish noodle with milk which showcases the creative presentation and merge of flavors.

Imperial Court at MGM MACAU exemplifies Cantonese dining traditions with a modern twist and has specially re-created the almost-lost traditional Cantonese dish – Crispy fried duck foie gras rolls with caul fat and shrimp mousse, to tantalize your taste buds. This dish is particularly famous for its craftsmanship, which requires a lot of preparation work and techniques.

Be amazed by the specially made Steamed Lion Bun with Red Bean and 10 Years Tangerine Peel at Chún and Imperial Court. Other scrumptious dim sum such as Lava Custard Bun is available at Hao Guo and Square Eight. Don’t miss out on these Instagram-able treats to wow the news feed!

Sugar Crush

What better way to spend sunny afternoons over a myriad of colorful confectionery, pastries and savory bites with lion theme? Gather with friends and family at Anytime, MGM COTAI to dig in the free flow of delectable tea-time treats at the Sugar Crush dessert buffet! What’s more? Let the little artists unleash their creativity with our Lion Mask Painting Workshop in ‘M Art, Lion Face Painting at Rossio and Anytime in July and Lion Chocolate Painting in August.

Savor the taste of Lingnan and lion theme delicacies! For more information call us at (853) 8806 8888 or visit mgm.mo
