Guangzhou – Nansha Accelerates Infrastructure and High-Speed Rail Access
Guangzhou’s Nansha District is rapidly developing integrated transport systems. Metro Line 18, a 160 km/h all-underground regional express, allows city center access in under 30 minutes. The Nanzhong Expressway and Nansha connection shorten travel to Zhongshan and Shenzhen to 15–20 minutes. Planning is underway for a double-deck 16-lane bridge over the Lion Ocean Channel. Guangzhou–Shenzhen–Hong Kong high-speed rail will add more stops at Qingsheng Station, enhancing Nansha’s position as a global transport hub.
