MASDAW to organize fundraising event Dec. 3

Macau Association for Stray Dogs and Animal Welfare (MASDAW) will organize an annual charity fundraising event on Dec.3 to cover expenses of the 121 dogs that are in the association’s care. Held at the animal shelter, the event “will have more than 100 prizes offered by sponsors, many of whom have been supporting the association since 2014,” the announcement said.  “Our annual charity lucky draw is our main source of income that helps us to meet the huge expenses we have every month,” it added. The association is struggling with financial concerns as income from donations far from meets expenses.
