Melco Resorts & Entertainment participated in the “2025 International Cities of Gastronomy Fest Macao,” hosted by the Macao Government Tourism Office, showcasing Macau’s culinary identity to global audiences.
The festival brought together representatives from UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy to promote cultural and gastronomic exchange.
Melco contributed to several events, including the International Gastronomy Promenade and the City of Gastronomy Showcase, where its chefs presented signature dishes and live demonstrations.
The gaming operator also joined the International Gastronomy Forum, where culinary leaders discussed innovation and cross-cultural fusion.
In a community-focused initiative, Melco collaborated with international chefs for a cooking workshop themed “Flavors of Friendship,” promoting inclusivity and sustainability. Participants included local associations and Melco’s staff.
The week-long festival aimed to enhance the city’s role as a global gastronomic destination.
