MGM Cotai has retained recognition in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026, with Five Foot Road and Aji both holding one Michelin star.
Five Foot Road, led by Executive Sous Chef Yang Dengquan, has held a Michelin star for four consecutive years, serving refined Sichuan specialties that showcase the 24-flavor-taste-profile beyond fiery heat.
Aji, under Executive Sous Chef Pan Sihui, has maintained a star for two years, offering an “Asian Bistronomy” concept that combines French techniques with Asian flavors for a creative, cross-cultural dining experience.
In a statement issued by the gaming operator, CEO Kenneth Feng said the stars reflect the company’s commitment to talent development, innovative dining, and Macau’s status as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
