MGM Relishes L’art de Vivre through Gastronomic Excellence

In a city celebrated for its glittering skyline and world-class hospitality, MGM continues to uphold its excellence in the gastronomic front, closing 2025 with an extraordinary sweep of regional and international F&B accolades. These honors not only serve as MGM’s commitment to excellence, but also its dedication to help solidify Macau’s position as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Between October and December 2025, its achievements span prestigious award institutions across Asia and beyond, each recognizing MGM’s unwavering pursuit of craftsmanship, cultural authenticity, and innovation. At the T+L Tastemakers 2025/26, four MGM restaurants—Aji, Five Foot Road, Imperial Court, and Aux Beaux Arts—earned spots among Macau’s best, placing MGM at the forefront of Asia’s evolving culinary conversation. The Tastemakers list, curated by industry-leading chefs, critics, and sommeliers, reflects not just popularity but true creative merit.

Five Foot Road’s signature dish—Stewed Bird’s Nest with Minced Chicken and Egg White in Bouillon

At the Target Taste Awards in China, Chatterbox and Coast both garnered the “TARGET TASTE Restaurant” merit, while Bar Patuá secured a “TARGET Recommended Bar” nod—a testament to MGM’s broad excellence across chic and upscale Restaurants & Bars categories. Perhaps most notable is the stellar performance in the Golden Phoenix Tree China Restaurant Guide 2025. Five Foot Road not only retained its Two-Star designation, but both Aji and Imperial Court achieved One-Star recognition—a remarkable consistency in a guide known for rigorous, anonymously led evaluations. These distinctions underscore MGM’s ability to deliver refined, authentic Chinese gastronomy at world-class standards.

La Liste 2025, included Imperial Court among the world’s best 1000 restaurants

MGM’s excellence also resonated with diners and critics on the mainland. At the Trip.com Best Gourmet Awards, Imperial Court captured “Platinum Restaurant” and Five Foot Road earned “Diamond Restaurant,” reflecting high user satisfaction across China’s largest travel-review ecosystem. Meanwhile, La Liste 2025, renowned for its algorithm-driven global curation, included both Imperial Court and Five Foot Road among the world’s best—placing MGM on the international culinary map.

China’s Wine List of the Year awards

Rounding out the year, MGM’s wine programs shone across both properties in the China’s Wine List of the Year awards. Impressively, every award from the previous year was retained, with standout success from Aji, which won Three Glasses in its very first year of entry. From Grill 58 to Aux Beaux Arts, MGM’s dedication to exceptional wine curation continues to deepen its gastronomic prestige.

As 2026 begins, MGM isn’t just keeping pace with Macau’s thriving dining landscape; it will be a year with memorable milestones curated by aspirations from innovation, originality and the art of living.
