Getting away from Macau, Rosewood Hong Kong is a great place to spoil mom and celebrate Mother’s Day with an exquisite array of dining experiences across eight world-class restaurants. From vibrant Spanish flavours at Bayfare Social to authentic Cantonese delicacies at the MICHELIN-starred The Legacy House, and perfectly grilled American steaks at HENRY, there is something to satisfy every craving this weekend. Whether savouring upscale international dishes at Holt’s Cafe or indulging in Parisian-style bistro classics at Marmo Bistro, guests are promised a culinary journey crafted to make her day truly unforgettable.

HENRY treats mum to the luxurious dining experience she deserves. Indulge in exquisite starters such as Oyster on Ice and Maryland Crab Cakes, followed by mouth watering mains like 44 Farms Tenderloin and Grilled King Salmon. To end on a sweet note, choose from delectable desserts like New York Cheesecake or Strawberry Sundae. Complete the experience with a 2-hour free flow package, available for Champagne and non-alcoholic options.

At Holt’s Cafe, why not indulge in a decadent Seafood Platter to share, small plates featuring French White Asparagus and a sizzling Hong Kong Style Barbecue combination plate, a choice of hearty western or Chinese soup, and a choice of main course such as Pan-Fried Cod Fish with French baby beans and caper lemon sauce and Abalone Braised Rice with prawn and shiitake. Conclude your meal with a choice of dessert and enjoy a 2-hour beverage package of your preference.

Experience the flavours of Cantonese cuisine at The Legacy House with their Mother’s Day Weekend Set Lunch Menu.  It includes delightful highlights such as Steamed Scallop Dumplingwith pork and rose, Double-Boiled Soup Dumpling with pork, fish maw, conpoy, and Supreme broth, as well as Poached Baby Spinachwith Gorgon nut and maitake. Indulge in Braised Inaniwa Udon with fresh crab meat and savour the nourishing finale of Boiled Milk and Almond Cream with wolfberry seed, lily bulb for dessert.

Lively Spanish restaurant and bar Bayfare Social is offering a delectable Mother’s Day Specials Menu on 10th and 11th of May. It includes exquisite dishes such as Crudo de Vieiras  featuring Japanese scallop with peach dressing and fresh nectarine, Quisquillas Friras with deep-fried Spanish Bluebelly prawns and lemon zest, as well as Esparragos Blancos con Jamon consisting of Spanish white asparagus with Iberico ham hollandaise sauce. Additionally, savour the unique flavours of Alcachofas con Cecina, roasted Spanish artichokes with sliced air-dried beef, and Arroz de Codorniz y Trompeta  – a French quail and black trumpet paella.

Casual Italian foodhall BluHouse presents a special Mother’s Day Specials Menu as well. Delight in Gamberi e Zucchini – a Roman style pizza garnished with zucchini, prawn, and burrata, Vitello Tonnato showcasing cold tender veal loin with tuna sauce and capers, and Mezze Maniche Cacio e Pepe – sumptuous pasta with pecorino cheese and black peppercorn. Conclude your meal with the refreshing Panna Cotta featuring pistachio and chocolate.

At Marmo Bistro, Rosewood Hong Kong’s latest Parisian-inspired bistro concept helmed by Chef Giovanni Galeota, savour a sumptuous array of Mother’s Day delights.

The journey to Paris begins with Coquillettes Jambon Fromage, a dish of shell pasta with homemade Jambon de Paris, natural jus, and gruyere; and the classic Moules Marinieres featuring sautéed bouchot mussels with beurre de Normandie, shallot, and Chablis. For a decadent main, try the Pithivier Dauphinoise  – a masterpiece of shortcrust, layered potato, caramelized onion, and 18-month Comte cheese. Conclude your meal on a sweet note with the Souffle au Grand Marnier, a luscious chocolate Grand Marnier souffle with candied orange and vanilla.
