The Transport Bureau (DSAT) launched a new circular bus route yesterday, linking the Areia Preta Healthcare Center to the Hotel Lisboa area. Named “2AS,” this new bus route has four stops, including the Avenida de 1 de Maio, Avenida de 1 de Maio/Kwong Wa, Hotel Lisboa and La Marina. The route operates weekdays from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., except where the weekday falls on a public holiday. According to DSAT, the introduction of this route aims to reduce the waiting time of passengers at the Areia Preta bus stops during the peak morning period.
