Nine firms bid for temporary sports facilities

Three vacant land parcels in Macau will be developed into temporary sports facilities, with all nine invited companies submitting bids, the Public Works Bureau announced. Each project has a 30-day design period. Zone A, B13 will host a football field, running track, outdoor gym, spectator stands, restrooms, and an office pavilion. Taipa BT7 will feature basketball and badminton courts and fitness equipment. Nam Van Lake C8 will include football, basketball, and badminton courts, fitness facilities, and safety fencing, with passenger drop-off points at all sites.
