October residential sales see slight uptick

Data from the Financial Services Bureau show that Macau recorded 253 residential property transactions in October, up six from the previous month, a 2.4% increase. The average price per square meter of usable residential space during the period was MOP72,873, marking a 3.6% decline compared with September. The figures reflect a modest rise in transaction volume alongside a slight dip in prices.
